Shipping policy

Postage

All our timescales for delivery are approximate and may change at any time without prior notice. We aim to post all orders withing 72 hours of recieving payment. This may be longer during busier times, especially within our peak season. If you have waited the amount of time given above and you have still not recieved your order please send us an email: admin@edencamp.co.uk. 

Christmas Postage

The last day to order to a UK address for the best chance of delivery in time for Christmas is Monday 16th December. 

Postage Options

For UK addresses, deliveries are a standard £3.39 for all orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service. Post is picked up Monday - Friday from Royal Mail. However, as we work seven days a week to pack orders, you may get a dispatched confirmation on either Saturday or Sunday, these will be posted on the next working day (excluding bank holidays). 

UK Postage

We use Royal mail for our UK customers. With Royal Mail are standard service is Tracked 48 hour delivery. This is from point of pickup not point of order. 

Missing Packages

Occasionally a package will go missing. We cannot issue replacement orders within 10 working days after dispatch in the UK. 

We MUST be notified within 30 days of when the order should have arrived. After this time, we cannot replace any orders free of charge.
